just an hour away by train from nuremberg, we found ourselves between deep forest, a lilttle lake and lots of rocks with people climbing them! soaked in the sun and ended the day with a cold beer in a little garden by an old mill. if you’re looking for a day trip near nuremberg - this one’s for you. cheers!

my brother jonathan came to visit for a few days last week. having family in town is always nice. even though the cold february wind blew in our faces and the sky wasn’t blue we took a little walk through the old town of nuremberg. we’ve been living in this city for almost five years and yet we’re not getting tired of the beauty this city has! there’s so much character with all the traditional buildings, little markets and red roofs all around! enjoy the peek into our afternoon-stroll.

in august we spent a few hot days in morocco for our honeymoon. always with at least two cameras with us we tried to capture the magic of the places we got to visit. if you ever plan to travel morocco, make sure you stay in one of the beautiful riads! its a morocco-style hotel. ours was a dream and felt like an oasis in the middle of the sometimes a bit chaotic marrakesh.
